Armano the Auracano

Armano the Auracano of Rock Star fame
Will never be singing on his stage again

A fan. a critter, or even a possum
Has taken his life, he will no longer blossom

He was a handsome dude, tall and preened
With shiny red rustic feathers, and did the girls scream

A newspaper reporter asked his manager Dane
It must be hard for you, as you will miss him playing

Yes I will, things will never be the same
But another star will be born, to look after his dames

Most unlucky in
Computer zoo

Hard drives crash
Is it driver error
Mums yelling
What be her terror

Floppies flopped
Disc's located
Printers dry
My frustration updated

Saved files
Actually disappearing
Megabytes biting
Desperation nearing

Flat screen
Flickering
Technology and I
Bickering

What in the world
Have I to do
To save my work
On today's computer zoo

Glowing Intersection

I am By-Tor the Predator
Planet earth I land
To fathom out
This planets stand
 
Images sensed
Frequency tuned
Colours sporadic
Purples and blues
 
Tinges of green
Background of black
Metal images
Signals back
 
Combustion craft
A distant past, where I hail from
Metal posts, stick from the ground 
Primitive, this earthly found
 
Further scans reveal much more
The planet appears a hurting sore
Its want to maim, to obliterate
Predator by name, I no longer wait
 
Ship is signaled
My leave is called
To exit this place
My race appalled
 
Atmosphere broken
Space returns
Looking back
What did I learn
 
For my kind
We can't return
For millions of years
They have not learned
